Certified by NASM as a Stretching and Flexibility Coach, I offer assisted stretching sessions to individuals looking for increased mobility and flexibility in all walks of life. Do you spend much of your day sitting at a desk? Are you constantly picking up small children? Maybe you just want to perform a little better or relieve muscle tension. Whatever the goal, assisted stretching is a relaxing and often groundbreaking experience for many people, allowing you to finally (or fully) establish mind muscle connection and improve the functioning of your body in daily life!
This initial consultation will go over previous relevant medical/physical/training/nutrition history, as well provide insight as to which of my services may be most applicable to you in your current transformation or programming.
These sessions will be administered at Absolute Fitness Personal Training Center (located at 2537 Wilmington Pike, Dayton) or at a suitable gym where permissions are granted by the facility for third party fitness training.
Session rates are individually priced at $60/hr/session, or at a discount of $325 for eight (8) one hour sessions (or twice a week)
This will be administered preferably over video chat as it will allow me to perform a visual pantry/refrigerator inspection and more accurately provide feedback. Session focus will depending entirely on your nutrition, lifestyle, goals, and food interests. Whether you require a broader foundational knowledge and are starting at square one or you're fine tuning micronutrients for performance or physique, I can provide the knowledge you need to bust plateaus.
If you're looking to have a program made out for you to work in addition to check-ins, initial programming is $75 and subsequent check-ins are $60.
Package includes two (2) one hour nutrition sessions held at the beginning and middle of the month (preferably conducted over video chat), as well as continuous access to me throughout the month through text, call, or email for any advice or questions you may have. This is best suited for individuals looking for more accountability, as regular check-ins will be performed to motivate consistency and break down any obstacles that may arise.
